I am passionate about helping individuals transition from surviving to thriving. As a Chicanx, bilingual woman of color, I am committed to prioritizing culturally responsive care for BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and other underrepresented communities.

I have over 13 years of experience providing bilingual mental health support in a variety of settings including medical hospital, outpatient healthcare and outpatient mental health settings. I have experience providing direct care, program development, supervision, clinical support and staff trainings. I also have experience provide professional and clinical support to healthcare workers.

I received a Masters of Social Work from University of California, Berkeley and BA in Psychology from University of San Francisco. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, dancing , exploring the Bay Area and spending time in nature.
